There is no 100 amp fuse powered by a 12 volt battery. There is because it's blown! This fuse is in the engine bay and is secured by 2 M10 set screws accessible after the battery is removed. These are likely to be corroded.

I am assuming you mean where is the fuse box which contains the radio fuse located? It's behind the driver's side kick panel. The radio fuse is a blue, 15 amp fuse. On JDM MR2's, it is the last fuse on the bottom left row.
The battery is behind the spare tire, under the bonnet.
Beside the drivers foot rest area, there is another fuse box located.
Its easy open the rear trunk remove the panel towards the engine bay it should be on the passenger side on 85/6 for 87+ it could be in the same location.
