On a 1990 Jeep Wrangler, the IAT sensor is located on the intake manifold. It is a gray, two-wire system situated on the front of the manifold.

According to my books the only model that has an inlet air temperature sensor was the single overhead cam models. Unfortunatly I don't have a diagram but I would suppose that the sensor is in the throttle body somewhere or perhaps part of the manifold pressure sensor.
There was no 1990 Chrysler Cirrus. Look on the intake manifold or hoses for the intake temp sensor.

The oxygen sensor is located on the exhaust manifold and is the only item on the exhaust with wires going to it.

You want to look on the intake manifold on the Jeep Wrangler.
The oxygen sensor is usually mounted in the exhaust manifold pretty close to where the exhaust pipe bolts on.
