looking for an answer to this question "Where is the MAP sensor located in a 6 cylinder Ford ranger 1994 Help! www. motorcraft. com (no spaces) does not list a MAP sensor , it shows an AIR MASS SENSOR which I assume is the MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR which would be mounted close to your air filter housing

Yes there is a Map sensor.
On a 2001 Ford Winstar : I assume it would be between the engine air filter and the big rubber engine air intake tube . On my Ford Explorer it is inside a circular housing so from the outside I only see where the wires connect to the MAF sensor
