It does not have a cable. That is an ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION and it has a speed sensor in the drivers side of the transmission tail shafthousing that is round in shape and has an electrical connector pluged into it and is held in place with 1 small bolt.
There is not an odometer cable. The odometer is driven by the speedometer. If the odometer is not working then you will have to replace the speedometer head.
connected to the back of the odometer and runs in to the transmission it pulls out
follow the cable from fire wall to transmission.
I don't believe there is one. I believe its run electronically. The odometer cable does exist, but it is connected to the transmission, not the engine.
A 1996 Chrysler Town and Country does not have a speedometer or odometer cable. That signal comes from the transmission output speed sensor.
It has a speed sensor on the transmission.
there is no cable. it has an electronic transmission with wires
If the transmission shift selector is cable operated, the adjustment would be located at the transmission end of the cable, where the cable housing is attached to the bracket on the transmission.
Check the connection between the cable and the shift bracket attached to the transmission. You need to look underneath the truck to find it. The bolt rusts off, and the cable becomes diconnected from the transmission.

You can not for it is illegal to tamper with this and it is tamper proof. If you are trying to show less miles, unscrew the speed odometer cable from the transmission and drive.
One end attached to the speedometer head The other attached to the speed sensor at the transmission
