There are 3 oil drains on your E.Glide.... Now, sitting on the bike, the far left 5/8" head plug, just to the outside of the frame rail facing DOWN (just below the largest part of your chrome primary cover) is Primary oil.
The next is JUST to the inside of that plug facing FORWARD, is another plug, it is also a 5/8" head plug, this one is your ENGINE OIL drain.
Lastly, all the way on the other side, across from the others, just to the inside of the RIGHT frame fail is your transmission plug. Facing DOWN. Again it's a 5/8" head plug. This one is pretty difficult to see without getting your entire head under the bike, but it's there and easier felt than seen...
BE SURE to obtain new rubber o-rings for ALL of these plugs and DO NOT over tighhten any of them, the biggest mistake is over tightening these because it'll tear those o-rings causing a leak. Your best bet is to put an even coat of PST or pipe thread sealant just to fill the threads and get the plug, snug. DO NOT use thread tape because it can get caught up inside the small cavities in the oil pump and create blockage. Any WHITE PST paste works fantastic.
