most are on the flat bottom suface of the engine, sometimes a little hard to find because of skid plate, the exception is many polaris ATV's have a dry sump system with an external oil tank, you will need to drain this tank, but there is still a plug in the motor, the dry sumps retain about a half quart in engine after tank is drained, engine drain either on the bottom or side of motor at bottom
