The oil filter and drain plug on a 2004 Toyota Corolla is located on the bottom of the engine. The drain plug is on the side of the oil pan while the oil filter is located to the left of it.

On a 2004 Honda Pilot, the oil filter is located on the inside of the right front tire. The filter becomes easier to remove when the wheels are turned as far to the right as they can go.
The oil pressure switch is located on the oil filter adapter. Find the oil filter and you should see the oil pressure switch.
The oil filter is under the car, near to the oil drain plug - it is accessible, no covers, etc need to be removed.

from 2004 and newer they do not have oil filters, your 2006 does not use an oil filtrer.
The transmission oil filter is remotely located on the 2004 model. Follow the transmission oil lines and they will lead you to a removable kick panel on the drivers side. The Oil Filter is on the top of the engine, to the left of the valve cover. It has a plastic cap that can be wrenched off. The Oil Filter is not a sealed filter that you are used to seeing. It drops in where you removed the black cap.
