The oil pan is underneath the motor on a Honda Passport. You can take the car to a mechanic to have the oil pan changed.
In my 2000 Passport there is a brushguard under the oil pan. You can remove the brush guard by taking out a few bolts, or if you've got a big enough drain pan just let the oil spill on the guard. The easiest way I found to get the oil filter was to go from above with a filter wrench.

It doesnt have one like many cars and trucks. Its a completely sealed transmission.
It is in the engine behind timing belt but you will need to remove the oil pan to gain access. See haynes manual 47017 for details.
It's located right underneathe the engine. It's towards the drivers side of the car. You can see it right on the bottom of the oil pan.
you have to remove the pan and pour the oil out but once removed you can buy a kit to put a drain plug in it
