I just watched "Commandos Attack At Dawn" on Turner Classic Movies and noticed the very same thing. The "traditional Norwegian" dance music sounded so similar to "Thunder Road" I found myself singing the lyrics to my wife as we watched! The tune was the same, only "Thunder Road" began in a minor key. Here's another observation for you. If you watch the airport scene in "Now, Voyager", where Betty Davis and Paul Henreid are leaving one another, you'll notice the music is the very same music as used in "Casablanca".
