There is one on each side of the manifold under the engine and then another downstream by the converter. 3 total Check other items first because even if computer says O2 sensors this can be an expensive repair and still not fix the problem. Something else may be causing the lean or rich mixture to trip the computer into thinking it is an 02 problem. $60 each x 3 = $180
