Think this out by using a diagram or even a stick figure.
1. The posterior surface is the "backside" of the body.
2. Now look at or draw the back of the leg.
3. The sural region region is the calf of the leg (still looking at the back).
4. Mark that spot.
5. The femoral region is the thigh.
6. Now the question is asking "what is closer to the point of attachment to the body than the calf BUT further away from the point of attachment than the thigh."
7. What do you see BETWEEN the calf and the thigh?
