I just found mine today. The best way I can describe it is in simple terms not car terms. open the hood, look on the passenger side of the car, look where your strut casing is now go over 2-3 inches and look straight down. it is hidden. you will see a cap not a stick unscrew, pull out and check fluid. I went nuts looking for it.
what type pf power steering fluid take for a 94 buick lesabre

Owner's manual.
Dextron/mercron. Pull the dipstick & read what is imprinted on it.
The power steering dipstick is made into the fluid filler cap. The power steering unit is on the front of the motor, and the cap is right on the top of it.
If you have plenty of fluid it could be the power steering pump itself going bad or it could be the rack and pinion assembly.
it can overheat and burn up
The same place the transmission fluid dipstick is. Be sure that you actually need to add fluid or you can cause serious damage to your transmission.
The power steering fluid dip stick is made to the reservoir cap. Pull the cap off to read the stick.
NO the transmission fluid will cause the seals in the pump to leak
A 1995 Buick LeSabre takes 7.4 quarts of transmission fluid. Dextron lll transmission fluid is recommended for use in the Buick LeSabre.
The transmission is a good place and the fluid is normally installed by using the dipstick tube which at the rear of the engine near the firewall.
