the Power Steering reservoir would be to the front left (green casing with black top) this would be you facing the car from under the hood. the hose below it should route you to the power steering pump. it is also recommended to use ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid) and NOT power steering fluid in the reservoir (from personal and professional experience, it leaks far less)

About 125-130 mph in the stock configuration, turbo model, assuming you have stock 16" wheels, too.
i think like 160 * edit - the NA model is limited to about 148 due to gearing and power vsd drag

what year and model? the @ + 2 seater when it was made had more than the regular 2 passenger sports car. the standard 300zx na (normal aspirated engine) 89-96 has 222 bhp as standard
98-118 Newton-meters (72-87 ft-lb). Source: Nissan Factory Service Manual for 300ZX, 1996 VG30DE model. Other model years and twin-turbo (VG30DETT) version probably are same or nearly so, but I don't know that for sure.
