The pump and reservoir are located between the centerline of the engine and the firewall on the passenger side of the car.
Most likely on the pump itself. Look down from the passenger side below the alternator near the firewall.

You must keep the pump reservoir full. Otherwise you will burn the pump up.

The power steering reservoir is in a tough location on this car. It is located at the passenger side, rear of the motor, next to the firewall. The two heater hoses are almost right on top of the cap. You will need a long, bendable funnel to be able to add fluid if need be to reach the reservoir.

Its a good chance that it doesnt have a power steering reservoir. Around 04 or so GM started using an electric power steering pump. It has pretty much become standard equipment on GM and a lot of Fords now There is a reservoir, its behind the alternator and low in the engine compartment ,it looks like its pretty hard to get to, but it can be seen.

It is part of the power steering pump assembly.
If it is on the steering column you have to remove the steering wheel, lock ring and turn signal plate to access the ignition lock bolt. There are a couple of tools needed to do this. work.

The reservoir is built onto the pump itself. From the left side of the car look down below the alternator by the firewall
