More to the point, where is the Impala at the pressure relief valve, right? Try the local Oriental Massage parlor.
there should be a valve on the fuel rail on the engine that you release the pressure, it looks just like a tire valve.
On the fuel rail there is a cap and under it is a schrader valve. Depress the schrader valve.
On the fuel rail that feeds the injectors there is a cap. It looks like a tire cap. That will reveal a schrader valve that you depress to relieve the fuel pressure.
The 2001 Chevy Impala vacuum module can be found on the back of the engine. The vacuum module valve will be near the top of the engine.
Where is the EGR unit located on a 2001 Chevy Impala? picture please
The AC recharge valve on a 2001 Chevy Impala 3.4L V6 is near the firewall. It is the larger of the two tubing.
relieve the pressure by removing gas cap and turning pressure release valve on fuel rail under hood. filter is under car on driver side by rear tire on the body rail. very easy to spot
there is a valve, kinda like tire air valve, with a green cap on it to the drivers side of the intake near the throttle that you can open and depress to release in line fuel pressure !
There is a high pressure and low pressure a/c lines. The valve for the low pressure is near the firewall behind the engine and has a black cap on it. The high pressure is near the air filter box and has a black cap on it also. The low pressure has larger tubing and a smaller cap and valve. The high pressure line has smaller tubing and a larger valve and cap. Most Do-It Yourself (DIY) recharge kits use the low pressure line near the firewall. I just did this on my impala. When you buy the hose make sure it is long enough or you arm will get sore.
put a new PCV valve in if it's bad.
It is located on the throttle body.
