they don't have a timer module for this year, the fans are controlled by a temp fan switch located in thermostat housing
can someone help me i need to know how to set the timer on a 1993 Honda accord

Try disconnecting the temperature switch where the upper radiator meets the head. If it remains running them it is probably the fan timer unit located under the dash to the left of the steering column.
