The antenna cable comes out of the back of the radio. Then runs along the inside of dashboard behind glove box, runs down behind right kick panel and then goes under the floor trim on inside of door (pry the panel up to see), then I believe it connects to the back window. The actual antenna is inside the glass.
Check fuses , or bulbs in radio burn out.
Our antenna is located on the passenger side rear 1/4 glass, looks like the rear window heat strip, the main antenna wire runs the length of the head liner on the passenger side.
The antenna location on a 2000 Ford Expedition is going to vary depending on the type of radio installed. If XM Radio is available, the antenna will be a very small square on the back roof of the vehicle. If the radio is normal, the antenna is located on the side of a rear, driver's side window.

Contact your dealer. Each vehicle identification number has its own radio code. There are no generic codes. Be prepared to prove ownership when trying to get a code. If it is a junk yard radio they may be able to give you the code from the radio serial number. Most dealers make a copy of your drivers license and put it in the information request to the Ford information system.
