Look under the hood by the passengers side of the vehicle in the fuse box. You wil find the fuse there.
I just bought a 2002 BMW 325i and had the exact same problem. I took the car to BMW and they said that whoever had the car before had it apart and did not reset the sensors. They reset the sensors and it worked fine for a couple of days. I put in a cheap one at Best Buy. BMW told me that if it was a blown fuse the radio will not turn on. A BMW replacement Business CD Player will cost you upwards of a thousand dollars.

open the glove box all the way in the back of it there is a compartment open it with your fingers there is a paper with all the fuse # on it look for the number and then pill it spears are an the trunk right hand compartment along with fuse pull
