There is a fuse for it in the fuse box located under the dash to the left near the peddals on the driver side.
But this fuse is only for the ignition for the radio, the radio uses two powers, one continuous and one switching. The continuous power for the radio is fed through a fuse in the main fuse box under the hood on the driver side of the car. The fuse that controls it is labelled "Dome", it also controlls the light in the cabin of the car and the door switches which normally comes on when a door is open.
