The 1987 Ford Crown Victoria fuel pump relay switch can be found on the firewall in the engine compartment. The relay switch will be on the drivers side of the firewall.
You must drop the fuel tank.

The 1991 crown Victoria has several relays group in a relay center loacated under the hood near the master brake cylinder. In this relay center its the air conditioning WOT cutout relay, fuel pump, PCM power relay, and PCM power diode. P.S. defective relays must be replace as a unit.

The fuel lines on your 1987 Ford Crown Victoria are held in place with a swivel nut on each end of the fuel line. Loosen the swivel nut to remove the fuel line. Reverse the process to install the new fuel line.
