go to the farthest left part of the island then climb up to the building and go to the right of the platform and then jump on it and you will get a key

There is this robot crab with water in it that you find to the left of main street. when you are back at the burning hatch, crocker (if you have gotten him, if not, go back to the left of main st and figure out hoe to get him) will smile and your poptropican will say, "It looks like he wants to help!" you then go to your inventory and click USE on the robot crab and then the robot crab will be held by crocker. he will drop it onto the hatch and then that enables you to open it!
After you get in Sully's shop,just ring the little bell on the left of the robot:)
Sprocket the robot is in Sully's Paraphernalia. To activate him, ring the bell next to him. It is one of the desk-type bells that you ring for service. Click on him and he will follow you. To enter Sully's, get the steam battery from the trash bin at the Cantina, then get the robot crab and Sully's key from the Living Quarters doorway far left of Main Street. Open the door using the Steam Battery, and get the Rubber mallet (left) and Sprocket (right). To get Sprocket to help you with the Crab, click Sprocket and then select the Crab from your items.

The robot crab is full of cold water, which you can use to cool down the Hot Hatch at the Hub on Steamworks Island. However, you will need Sprocket the Robot to help you. Find the robot at the Living Quarters to the far left of the main part of the island. Jump on him to get him and Sully's door key. Using the Steam Generator (trash bin at the Cantina), open Sully's door and find Sprocket. Ringing the bell on the counter will awaken him. Take him and the crab to the Hot Hatch at the Hub. Use the robot crab and Sprocket will drop it on the Hatch, cooling it down so you can go underground. That is the only use for the crab.
You can use the cold water inside the crab to cool the Hot Hatch at the Hub. When you jump on the robot crab at the Living Quarters, you also get Sully's key. Go left and pick up the Old Vine from the roof of the Storeroom, then go to Sully's. Open the door by setting the Steam Battery to -5, and you will find Sprocket the robot. Ring the bell to wake him up. You will need him to drop the robot crab on the hatch.
when you get to the island go left til you get to the thing where you press down climb on it and jump on the crab
You use it to open Sully's shop (Sully's Paraphernalia), where you will find Sprocket the robot. To get Sully's key, go left past his shop to the Living Quarters. Jump on the counterweighted lever to raise the step. Climb to the Living Quarters door and jump on the robot crab. You get both the crab and Sully's key. Go to Sully's door and use the Steam Battery. Arrange the valves to lower the steam pressure from 10 to 5 (a total of -5). The door opens, and you can wake up Sprocket the robot by ringing the bell on the counter. Go left and get the Rubber Mallet from the trash.
