Unless there is a problem with the wiring under the seat the sensor will have to be replaced.
It is located in the front passenger seat back.
I have a 2001 Honda accord ex v6, it had same problem, take it to Honda dealer, it has a recall on sensor under passenger seat, it goes bad, that sensor turns off passenger front airbag for smaller occupants under a certain weight limit, they will repair it for free, its a safety Honda recall.
Not really sure, but i do know at that year Honda had some recalls on the seat belt modules
Under front seat
This is a common problem with many Honda models if it bugs you go to the dealer and ask them to let you know what problem is - it may be a faulty seat belt sensor problem, or other simple fix problem.
Airbags: The airbag warning light may come on due to a defective occupant position detection sensor requiring its replacement. It may also come on if a laptop computer is used near the front passenger seat, so this must be avoided. (2003)Ref: http://consumerguideauto.howstuffworks.com/2003-to-2007-honda-accord-2.htm
seat belt sensor needs to be replaced
buckle it , some older cars had to have both seat belts locked for the light to go off, or maybe you are not buckling up
The SRS light is on because there is a problem with the supplemental restraint system, "airbags". Normally the SRS is warranted for the same amount of time as the vehicle warranty. However there is a problem with the sensor on the passenger seat in some Honda vehicles. Check with your Honda dealer as there may be an extended 150,000 mile warranty on this part.
This is a safety feature that is designed to turn off the passenger airbag if there is a child (or smaller adult) in the passenger seat that the airbag is not designed for. If there isn't anyone/anything in the seat while this is happening, this would suggest a faulty sensor.
Use a Vacuum.
