Most rams up to 2006? it is the sensor on top of the rear diff.some newer rams.If you dont have front abs and you still have wires around the front knuckles this is where the sensors are.most are in the top of the rear axle be careful when prying out old sensors there is an o-ring that seals it in and usually they don't come out easily or break off if it breaks off use plenty of penetrating oil try and pry out the o-ring and put a screw into the piece left behind and pop it out
