Finally found it after an hour of looking. To see and gain access, you need to remove the front driver side wheel. Look in with a flashlight . It is close to the Power Steering stuff. Of course it it a real pain to reach in and remove. Took me a few hours to change. There are 2 sensors, the VSS is the furthest and hardest to reach.
