It is at the rear of the motor. Follow the largest cable from the battery(RED CABLE) to the back of the motor and it will end at the starter.

With motor off unplug the battery. Then remove the wires from the starter. Undo the 2 bolts holding the starter in place and remove. Reverse procedure for installation.
