The System Tools folder is found by clicking on these:
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools
The System Tools shortcuts are located in the following directory.
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\System Tools
If you are missing that directory completely, the next level up is this directory
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories
To get to this directory you can copy the paths above, go to Start and then Run and paste it in and click Ok. Or you can open My Computer and navigate your way there. If your shortcuts are still there you can right click the System Tools folder and select copy. Then right click on Start and choose Open All Users and navigate to the Accessories folder and paste the System Tools Folder in there.
