On most vehicles, follow the large hose on the top of your radiator to the engine, the thermostat is inside of the fitting at the end of that hose. Remove the two bolts the are connected to the engine. The thermostat is locted there. When re-installing the thermostat, the spring goes towards the engine. Don't forget to replace the gasket and use a good gasket seal such as permatex when you put it back together.
