Under the motor on the drivers side towards the front of the car. Follow the lower radiator hose from the radiator to motor to locate it.

Sorry, but that is wrong. The thermostat is under the cover where the TOP radiator hose attaches to the top of the engine block...

if its the same as my 93 Chrysler Concorde its in the trunk, you first have to pull the lining out of the trunk, than it should be right under that on the right side. pretty convenient and genius if i do say myself puting the fuel pump that easy to access.
