Where is the time control module that controls the interior lighting and what does it look like on a 1995 Nissan Quest?

I found the answer to my question and will answer it myself to help anyone else with the same problem. The TIME CONTROL MODULE is located below the FUEL PUMP RESET next to the drivers left foot. When I replaced it, the chimes, dash lights, radio dimmer, dome, step and cargo lights all started working properly. The part was quoted by the dealer for $110.00. I picked it up at the junk yard for $20.00.
