It probably doesn't have one. Ford and several other manufacturers have gone to a method that requires a dealer or mechanic to check it. On the transmission just above the pan on the left side there are two plugs, on slightly above the other. The top one is for adding fluid until it flows out of the bottom one when the plugs are removed. So, if you remove the bottom plug and Transmission Fluid weeps out, it is full.

I believe Ford Explorer 4 doors from 2002 and newer don't have a transmission dipstick - Ford has a way of checking from underneath the vehicle (Helpfull)
