There isn't one....there is an inspection plug on top of the tranny that can be removed so you can inspect fluid but there is still no way to measure it without draining it and refilling with manufacturer's capacity of the transmission. (The owners manual gives the capacity) ...
To find the stick look to the right of the battery almost to the bottom, it will be short and have a ring on the end. Near rhe bottom of the radiator
The dipstick for the 2004 Honda Accord is located beside of the battery. A funnel is needed to reach the tube to add fluid.
It is hard to find. Look where the engine bolts to the transmission.
On the passenger side under the battery
I it is a manual transmission it has no dipstick. If it is A/T it is located on the front of the transmission near the engine block. It is very small and has no tube. Look carefully.

If it is an Automatic just open the hood and look down at where the transmission bolts to the engine. There you will see the dipstick.
