You have to drain and fill the transmission through the same hole. So you need to take it to a shop where they have a machine which will do this.

The Transmission dipstick for a 1999 Honda CRV is located under the hood of the car. It is just below the air intake, and usually has a yellow or red cap.
If it is a Manual transmission you do not have a dipsticks.

I it is a manual transmission it has no dipstick. If it is A/T it is located on the front of the transmission near the engine block. It is very small and has no tube. Look carefully.
It is hard to find. Look where the engine bolts to the transmission.
The dipstick for the 2004 Honda Accord is located beside of the battery. A funnel is needed to reach the tube to add fluid.
On my 1984 CRX the dipstick is underneath the battery. I had to take the battery out to check it.

Automatic transmission, correct? The fluid is added through the dipstick tube, and you need a funnel to pull it off.
If it is an Automatic just open the hood and look down at where the transmission bolts to the engine. There you will see the dipstick.
