Where is the transmission drain plug located on a 1991 Honda Accord EX?

The transmission drain plug is on the bottom of the tranny, underneath. You will need to lift the car up. there is no trans filter.

There is a fill plug and a drain plug located on the transmission the upper bolt is where you would fill it at. need a socket or wrench. you fill it till it runs out level of the bolt hole.

Replace exactly the same amount you remove. Drain out one quart then pour in one quart. That way you will not overfill the transmission.
