Open the hinged dash panel to the left of the steering wheel. The flasher is the black box behind the mass of wires, attached to the cowl panel with one screw.
The turn signal relay and the flasher relay are the exact same thing. The relay switch controls the turn signals.
You may have a bulb that is burnt out, also check the fuse just in case. there is also a turn siganal flasher that's in with the fuse, if it has gone bad the hazords will not blink nor will the turn signal. It will just light up an not blink.
Replace the flasher relay if the lights come on but do not flash.

There is no such thing as a relay flasher. It is either a relay or a flasher. Are you referring to the turn signal flasher or an actual relay like the fuel pump relay? Please advise.

Where is the turn signal flasher on a 2002 impala
Wow...what a bad answer! Ok look under the steering wheel, there is a small pull out box, open and there should be a silver round large looking THING (flasher), pull that out and replace the flasher its about $5. Super easy, just unplug used flasher, replace with new flasher. Turn signals fixed! Hope this helps.
the flasher that causes the turn signals to flash But where is the flasher located on this car?
Same flasher for left and right signals but a different flasher for the emergency flashers.
