I replaced mine about a month ago .. i have a 94 chev cavalier 5 speed... As you can see its not exactly with the rest of the fuses.. but its not far from them.. it is located about 6 inches below the actual fuse box located there in the lower dash... actually you will need to remove the lower half of the dash cover ..then.. as you are looking up with the regular fuses to your right... it is located also to your right ... right against the outside 'wall' ... Check the fusebox, it will be a big looking fuse. This will need to be replaced if the turn signal stops "ticking"

There is no such thing as a relay flasher. It is either a relay or a flasher. Are you referring to the turn signal flasher or an actual relay like the fuel pump relay? Please advise.

There is only one flasher relay. Located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, mounted on top of brake pedal
