Hey Mate,
In my 1992 rodeo the flasher is located up underneath the steering column in the dash.
Mine is a right hand drive vehicle and it is between the steering column and the right side wall. It is a fair way up in there and a bit of a pain to get out. It looks like a black cube with rounded edges.
Good Luck!
The "flasher fuse" Is located in the fuse panel. It is a round relay fuse
the turn signal/hazard flasher is located under the dash between the brake pedal and the fuse block.
The horn relay is located behind the center of the dash above the turn signal flasher. It will be located above a metal dash support bracket. C187 if you search the Ford Service Manual. Note: The hazard flasher is the flasher located in the fuse panel, not the turn signal flasher.
Look in the fuse box. It is usually a round looking or square block. On the fuse box panel when you pull it off it should tell you where the signal flasher is located in the box.

Remove the panel directly under the steering column. It is located just back in there.
You can find the 1993 Infinity turn signal flasher relay unit beneath the drivers side dashboard. The turn signal flasher relay unit will be above the accelerator pedal.
Under the dash in front of the drivers' left knee.
The turn signal flasher relay is located in the front seating area, on the driver's side of the car, under the dash, on the driver's side of the steering column. It is mounted on the support bracket under the dash. The flasher relay simple pulls out. It has a 3 prong connection.
