The "Flasher Relay" is located behind the glove box compartment...there are small strings/cables holding the compartment in place...remove those and the rely in right behind there...

Hi, If you are looking for the (relay) for the directionals and the emergency flasher I think it is all incorporated in the turn signal stalk called the MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH. So if something goes like the signals, flasher,or wipers, the whole unit has to be changed with a price around $60.00 just for the part. Hope this is what you were asking about.
If your signal lights still work, the multi purpuse switch is probably bad, (turn signal stalk)
