The "flasher fuse" Is located in the fuse panel.It is a round relay fuse
In my 94 it is on the right hand side of the steering column by the column support bracket. It is tucked in behind and you need to feel for the round device. It can pretty hard to find.
the turn signal/hazard flasher is located under the dash between the brake pedal and the fuse block.
The horn relay is located behind the center of the dash above the turn signal flasher. It will be located above a metal dash support bracket. C187 if you search the Ford Service Manual. Note: The hazard flasher is the flasher located in the fuse panel, not the turn signal flasher.
Look in the fuse box. It is usually a round looking or square block. On the fuse box panel when you pull it off it should tell you where the signal flasher is located in the box.
