The turn signal flasher relay on a 2005 Ford F250 is located under the dash near the brake pedal. It controls the pulsation of the turn signals.
If the bulbs and fuse are good, replace the turn signal Flasher Relay.

After replacing the burned out turn signal bulb, turn on the hazard flasher and then turn off the hazard flasher. This will reset the flashing on the turn signal from super fast to standard flashing.
If the turn signal relay & hazard (emergency) relay are side by side, turn on the emergency blinkers. You will hear & feel (if you touch the relay) the emergency relay clicking. Turn signal relay is the other one.

I have a turn signal light that keeps flashing regardless of the control arm position. I think that the problem is in the turn signal control relay but I don't know where it is located. I did find the 3 prong relay located behind the center console but this is not the problem because I replaced it and have the same problem.
The turn signal relay and the flasher relay are the exact same thing. The relay switch controls the turn signals.
