The water pump is behind the timing belt located under the right side motor mount remove the motor mount then pull your serpentine belt then remove the steel plate after you have done this you will see a plastick plate this takes a 10 mil socet remove all 8 10 min blots you will then see a smoth round pulley this is your water pump you will need to remove the timing belt to get your water pump out after you get the belt off you will need a 10 min socet again remove 5 10 mil bolts pry the water pump out with a screwdriver there is a small ruber warsher behind the pump and good luck if this is your first time ever working on a voyager then i would say get a book on this prosess becous it is hard to get the timing belt back on in its right spot good luck .....
The engine computer is also the regulator.

on my 98 heater hoses are at the firewall to the right as you go under the hood. voyager have a tendency to clog up heater cores
