its located behind one of the pulleys that is driven by the belt. usually the top/ front one that has 4 bolts holding it on. loosen the bolts brfore removing the belt. (this helps make it easier). 2nd remove the belt by removing tension from the belt tensioner. 3rd finish removing the 4 bolts you already loosened and remove the pulley. 4th, the water pump is held on by 5 10mm bolts remove those and install the new part reversing this procedure.
