The water pump is driven by the timing belt - you have to remove the valve cover, all accessory drive belts (Power Steering, alternator, and a/c), the timing belt cover, and the timing belt to access the water pump. If the pump has gone bad, I strongly suggest replacing the timing belt - they're both scheduled maintenance items that should be replaced every 90,000 miles on 1990 and newer Integras, and every 60,000 on 1989 and older Integras. If the belt breaks with the engine running, your engine is trashed. I'd also suggest replacing the timing belt tensioner at this time, along with the accessory drive belts.
The water pump on a 94 Acura Integra is located on the front of the engine. It uses the power of the engine to circulate hot water from the engine to the radiator to cool it.
The fuel pump is located in the car
A 1998 Acura Integra fuel pump is located under the car. If you jack up the vehicle and get under it and remove the fuel tank the pump will be located inside the fuel tank.

If it is leaking water, it is bad.

The water pump on a 1994 Acura Integra is replaced by removing the engine accessories, pulling the radiator hoses, and taking out the retaining bolts. The pump can then be pulled from the engine block, the surface cleaned, and a new pump put in case.

Directly below the intake camshaft. Its near the drivers side engine mount. Its a good idea to replace the timing belt and tensionor at the same time as the water pump.
The fuel pump is located underneath the back seat in a circle cut out un- bolt it and it will lift right out
remove your timing belt covers and the timing belt it is located above the crankshaft closer to the firewall before and below the alternator
