If you have a 4 cylinder in the car the water pump is located under the plastic timing belt cover on the front of the motor. If you are going to change the pump it is usually recommened to also change the timing belt.
Answerfront of the engine passenger side close to almost under the coolant cap (the passenger side 1)it is located on the passenger side of the car behind the water pump and timing belt and sprockets. its a tough job

In the fuse panel in the engine compartment Relay # 21 is the fuel pump relay on a 1996 Ford Probe ( Helpfull )
Ok well the ford probe discontinued production in 1997. On all Ford Probe models the fuel pump is located in the gas tank. So to service and or replace it you have to drop the gas tank. Not fun

I Have 94 Probe 4 cylinder that squealed when I started it. the pully on the water pump was lose
Mounted on top and inside the fuel tank.
The fuel pump fuse is located in the main fuse block, which is located inside the engine compartment near the battery.
Should be the pulley just above the crankshaft pulley
