Follow your top radiator in toward sthe motor then look straight down at the pulley directly under. That's your water pump. Good luck.

Looking over the right front fender the water pump on a 1987 - 1990 Chevy Celebrity 2.8L v6 is to the right of the power steering pump. There is a cover over the serpentine belt with the belt routing on it. The water pump is below that. Real easy to get to, real easy to change.
