its next to the thermostat housing
front top of the motor skinny copper coated
its on the drivers side of the motor at the front of the motor above the transmission.
check the gauges, disconnect the sending unit wires and see if the gauges go up, if not it is the gauges, make sure the key is on
check the temp sending unite on the water intake
The temp sending unit on the engine could be unplugged or faulty.
What sending unit are you looking for ? Fuel , oil pressure , water temp ?
Oil is on the back of motor at the top beside the distibutor Water temp is next to the thermostat. Fuel level is in the tank, on the side of the pump module.
THE temp sending unit 4 the inside gauge usally has 1 wire & the sending unit 4 the Computer has 2 wires.
Next to the thermostat housing.
The water temperature sending unit is on the front of the engine. It is next to the top water hose inlet connection.
if it doesnt come on it may be the air charged temp sending sensor.... if it doesnt come on it may be the air charged temp sending sensor....
Unplug connection at fan and check for power ( with engine hot and key on), no power: check fuse, if good it's the relay or temp sending unit could be the problem. power : fan motor bad, you can double check by running a jumper wire to the fan motor ( both POS & NEG)
