First remove the battery cables, then make sure the engine is cold and drain the liquid from the radiator by unscrewing the little drain plug located at the bottom right of the radiator, then follow the top "big" radiator hose from the radiator to where it connects to the engine, there you see a clamp that you will need to remove and pull the hose off, also there just past where the hose connected you should see to bolts ( takes 1/2 inch socket or wrence to remove) takes those out and lift the " goose neck" up and theirs the thermostat make sure to note how it sets so you can install the new one correctly then remove the old one and clean the old gasket material from both mateing surfaces install the new one and put everything else back in reverse of removal process! tighten the drain plug refill with water or antifreeze check for leaks both while it's cold and look again after you've driven the vehicle and gotten it warm!
