This realy is located under the dash immediately above the accelerator and brak pedals mounted to the front against the back of the dash assembly. You will find it if you look directly up under the dash between the accelerator adn brake pedal. the bos iss approximately 2 inches by 3 inches and is mounted upside down with a smap on cover. Un clip the cover and ther will be two relays inside. The blue relay located toward the passenger side is the turn and hazard signal relay. It isw hard to pull out but will pull out straight upward. Replace the relay and snap cover back on box. you then will need muscle relaxers and a week of recovery from the odd angle you had to lay in to replace this realy. Don;t look for this in any manual.

The starter relay is located on the battery side of the engine compartment on a 2002 F150 pick up truck. It is on the firewall close to the battery.
