try number 27 its for the integrated control panel that should do the trick
Often smaller circuits like this share a fuse so it is probably listed on your fuse panel as 'acc' or 'instr' or 'dsh'. I suggest you pull the fuses that are likely to be shared and test them with a 12V circuit tester. I don't know what a PID is, but I do recall seeing them listed in the Autozone Repair Guide for the Windstar. (and wondering what they were)Amazing what that free resource has to offer
