Behind the dash, left of the steering column, above the hood release.
It is square, black plastic approx. 1 inch square.
It is installed vertically from the bottom and is held in place with two tabs
which are part of the relay. Release the tabs and pull the relay down.
It's not easy to get at but can be removed.
