Any kind of music download or "file sharing program" as its called is illegal if the songs arent purchased. Regardless of the program you use you can be persecuted, a kid in my school was being sued for around 30,000$ for downloading songs, that was years ago, i think he's still in court for it. Your choice, but just look up free file sharing programs on Google or something.
